At Kurdistan Eva LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 15 to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized products
Digital products or downloads
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
3. Return Approval
All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
